Infused Water: Two Simple Ways to Add Flavor to Your Water
Water is not the first thing I like to reach for as my drink choice. Definitely not just plain ole water. It is just not my cup of tea. At the very least I need to add lemon to every cup. Lemon is always available, even when you are eating out.

Infused water is like tripling the benefits of drinking water alone. Many people have to spike their water (so to say) to drink more water daily. They tell us you should drink 8 glasses a day. Or half of your body weight in ounces. I don’t know about you, but there is a million combination to use and spike your water. It is necessary for me if this is something you have to drink day after day.
I envy the people who can down water without the doctoring all the time. Don’t get me wrong, I can do it but I prefer my water infused.
I do not drink enough water or always coming up short of the required amount. So, when I spike my water with fruits, I feel like I am tripling the nutritional benefits.
I am not a nutritionist. I try to make small changes to help my Mind, Body, and Soul. All for a greater good of wellness relief. Fresh fruit infused water enhance your hydration with vitamin C, antioxidants, and probiotic. Simple water fun! Wash out those toxins!

I had a couple of the bottles with the designated spot for the fruit. I wanted to go the glass route. I picked up MEGALOWMART 18 oz Glass Water Beverage Bottle 6 Pack Set with Stainless Steel Cap and love them. I have yet to pick up a glass pitcher with designated infuser for the home.
These are my two favorite infused combinations to drink. A simple way to add flavor to your water. Bottle up!
